Your credit amount booked at paytoll will, on business days, be activated within 24 hours. However, if you book on a business day before 2 p.m. CET, the credit amount will become active on the same day of the booking.

If your onboard unit is currently blocked due to a negative balance and the credit amount booked is sufficient to settle your account, the onboard unit will be unblocked within the given period.

Your credit amount will be reflected in the automatic credit account announcement after approximately one week only.
